Exclusive retained services by Client for Venogy Talent. We will manage end to end hiring process, map the full talent market and screen up to 100 candidates. 100% success rate for Venogy Talent.

Contingent and Contractors

Working on a paid-uponsuccess model, where we work on assigned vacancies with HR, hiring teams and C-Suite. We will use our Network, Database, Social Media reach and all hiring tools to represent the best active and passive candidates in the market.

We focus on three core service offerings for our clients:

  • Contingent (success-based fee model)
  • Internal Recruitment (ongoing monthly subscription)
  • Executive Search (retained hires)

Due to exciting and rapid growth, Venogy Talent now seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategically mapping out a market within the Energy sector along with Directors
  • Targeting key clients and projects
  • Partnering with existing clients to source candidates
  • Prospecting new target clients and building relationships with them
  • Managing key stakeholders from HR, Senior Management and C-Suite
  • Supporting Directors within the team
  • Be supported by ongoing training from Director
  • Qualifying and pre-screening candidates

What do you need to have?

  • A genuine interest or existing knowledge of the Renewable Energy/ Energy sech sector
  • Ambition and drive!

Due to exciting growth in 2022, they now seek a Sales Manager to join their B2B division which partners with leading international I&C clients.

Role duties include:

  • Developing relationships with large clients within the international I&C, Energy, and Utility sector
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Overseeing sales strategies for new and existing clients

Due to continued growth, they are now hiring for a Commercial Manager to help build out their European Energy Business Unit.

Role duties include:

  • Building commercial propositions for B2B clients in the Energy and Utility sector
