Due to exciting and rapid growth, Venogy Talent now seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
What will you be doing?
- Strategically mapping out a market within the Energy sector along with Directors
- Targeting key clients and projects
- Partnering with existing clients to source candidates
- Prospecting new target clients and building relationships with them
- Managing key stakeholders from HR, Senior Management and C-Suite
- Supporting Directors within the team
- Be supported by ongoing training from Director
- Qualifying and pre-screening candidates
What do you need to have?
- A genuine interest or existing knowledge of the Renewable Energy/ Energy sech sector
- Ambition and drive!
