Sales Manager – Europe

Remote within the EU (with regular EU travel) About the Company: Our client is a prominent provider of cutting-edge energy optimisation solutions designed for industries with large-scale, continuous operations. They deliver comprehensive, turnkey services covering assessment, system design, implementation, and remote monitoring. Their mission is to help businesses reduce energy consumption and operational costs through advanced technologies, driving both efficiency and sustainability. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the senior management team to drive business development, expand the client base across Europe, and contribute to the company's strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture new business relationships with clients across the EU in industrial, manufacturing, and heavy industry sectors. Collaborate with the senior management team to define and execute the sales strategy. Build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team across Europe. Manage senior-level external stakeholders, fostering strong, long-term partnerships. Oversee P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Proven track record in sales and business development within industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors. Understanding of energy efficiency and low carbon technologies - moreover, selling these solutions and the benefits to clients. Strong experience in managing senior external stakeholders and complex client relationships. Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams across multiple regions. Ability to travel regularly across the EU.
