About the Role
You will be at the forefront of managing district heating systems, ensuring safe and effective operations across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of district heating systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing plant availability.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chains to deliver high-quality reactive and corrective works.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, presenting at meetings and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and improve operational procedures and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical qualifications in engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing large energy projects, including CHP, gas boilers, biomass boilers, and energy centers.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-starter with a passion for innovation in energy systems and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
