We are recruiting on behalf of an international consulting firm that specializes in providing strategic solutions for decarbonization and energy transformation. The company works with public and private sector clients, helping them achieve their sustainability goals by offering tailored decarbonization plans and energy consulting services. With a strong focus on driving impactful change, the company combines technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to create a greener future. Due to continued growth they are now hiring a Business Development Manager to join their UK team based from London.

The Business Development Manager will build and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s decarbonization and energy consulting solutions. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, develop client engagement strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized energy solutions that meet client needs.

The Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in energy consulting, sustainability, or decarbonization.
• Strong ability to build relationships with industrial and commercial clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability, energy transition, or carbon reduction strategies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
