We are excited to be partnered with a dynamic international boutique Software company who are having an impact across Energy and Smart Cities markets. Due to continued expansion within their Energy and Environmental offering they now seek a Business Development Manager to join their UK team, focusing on business opportunities across the UK.
Role Duties:
- Create new business opportunities within Engineering and Energy (management/ solutions/ projects) environments;
- Use technical background and understanding to consult Clients through use cases, presentations and sales;
- Manage a sales pipeline;
- Assist with the feature specifications for software development;
- Build relationships with new and existing Clients.
The ideal Candidate will:
- Have a Technical Degree/ Education in either Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Energy Studies or a similar field;
- Have a strong understanding of Energy Solutions, Energy Markets or the Built Environment;
- Be confident when working with Clients, delivering presentations and developing relationships;
- Demonstrate a keen interest in software and technologies which can have a positive impact on Smart Cities, Energy and Environmental projects.
